What is Business Coaching?

Business coaching is an effective way of mentoring individuals who own or run a business in order to assist them in achieving their business goals and objectives. The primary aim of business coaching is to help a business succeed by enhancing its ability to achieve its short and long-term goals. Business coaching usually takes the form of informal, face-to-face mentoring sessions. When approaching a business coach, you should make sure that they have a good track record and ideally some personal experience in running a company.
